GENERAL SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Class A Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong background in machine mechanics to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will leverage their mechanical expertise to enhance our manufacturing processes, troubleshoot and repair foundry machines and equipment, and install and provision new equipment throughout our foundry operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform repairs, maintenance and preventative maintenance of plant equipment to include electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic.
• Report to Maintenance Supervisor/Manager conditions observed for evaluation and scheduling.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdown, determine the failure and make a proper repair.
• Advise Class B employee on proper troubleshooting procedure and repairs for future/similar breakdown issues.
• Perform cuts and welds when necessary.
• Wear prescribed safety equipment and observe all safety policies.
