Oil City Iron Works, Inc. produces gray and ductile iron castings using green sand and no bake molding lines, supported by in house pattern making, CNC machining, heat treating, and surface coating. Production spans parts from 5 to 8,000 pounds with process routing tailored to geometry, section thickness, and performance requirements. Quality Assurance employs 3D scanning, and in house chemical and mechanical certification to validate design, pour, and final properties. Non destructive testing, including magnetic particle inspection and CMM equipment confirms integrity before shipment. Integrated scheduling and in house tooling shorten lead times and keep programs aligned with cost, quality, and delivery targets.
