Our 10,300 sq. ft. climate-controlled pattern shop is fully equipped to meet your custom requirements, close tolerances and unique product specifications.

We employ a team of full-time master pattern makers who bring decades of combined expertise to the table, capable of developing hardwood, metal or urethane tooling from your supplied drawings and/or solid models.

We can also adapt your existing tooling to fit our facility, make necessary repairs and maintain patterns for accuracy.

Here at Oil City we use MasterCAM software. It gives our shop the best foundation for fast and efficient milling, from general purpose methods to highly specialized toolpaths.

SolidWorks CAD software is used daily. It’s used for pattern making, to revise 2D drawings or 3D models.

SolidWorks 3D models can be applied to other CAD software applications, such as 3D printing, MasterCAM and MAGMA.
