Versatile Manufacturing Capabilities – From Core-Making to Cleanup
We offer diverse, cost-effective production solutions, with the capability to manufacture custom castings up to 8,000 lbs.
Our facility utilizes state-of-the-art core making, molding and melting technology paired with industry-leading quality assurance processes in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 certification. This enables us to meet customer requirements and specifications, including close-tolerance and complex designs. Whether we utilize our own in-house manufactured patterns or work from quality-assured outsourced products, we are the one-stop source for your casting needs.
Streamlined Foundry Production Solutions
We have three types of core making processes and five different molding lines utilizing both green sand and chemically bonded sands. Our melting capabilities are centered around two induction furnaces which allow us to melt multiple metal types simultaneously. Castings are made ready for shipping or final processing in our 15,000 sq. ft. dedicated cleaning facility.

Foundry Cleaning Equipment
We pride ourselves on the quality and consistency of our finished products. Our foundry cleaning equipment includes an advanced automatic grinding system, three blast machines and a state-of-the-art shakeout machine, installed within a dedicated 15,000 sq. ft. cleaning facility.
