GENERAL SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Class A Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong background in machine mechanics to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will leverage their mechanical expertise to enhance our manufacturing processes, troubleshoot and repair foundry machines and equipment, and install and provision new equipment throughout our foundry operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform repairs, maintenance and preventative maintenance of plant equipment to include electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic.
- Report to Maintenance Supervisor/Manager conditions observed for evaluation and scheduling.
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdown, determine the failure and make a proper repair.
- Advise Class B employee on proper troubleshooting procedure and repairs for future/similar breakdown issues.
- Perform cuts and welds when necessary.
- Wear prescribed safety equipment and observe all safety policies.

We are seeking a full-time Production Control Clerk to join a dynamic foundry team. The ideal candidate will be organized, motivated, and comfortable working with both paper and electronic files. The Production Control Clerk plays a critical role in on-time delivery by keeping data up to date and maintaining the production schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Production Control Scheduler in promoting efficiency in all production control functions.
- Maintain and distribute daily production tickets.
- Manage miscellaneous primcard (Product and Process Data Cards) and paperwork files.
- Generate and post daily heat sheet.
- Update, maintain, and distribute reports.
- Process change-order paperwork per customer request.
- Put out samples and email sample schedule.
- Process QA and customer approved samples.
- Post scrap on ABW and on tickets.
- Maintain primcards and paperwork for flagged production tooling.
- Generate and maintain Special Attention Sheets, and submit to Production Control Planner.
- Manage primcard changes.
- Print out customer approved sample list for accounting.
- Assist with the input of company data into new ERP system as required.
